Instead of the usual homework help, guinea pig cleaning out and uniform washing I spent last Saturday at the The Society of Authors northern conference. I can’t even express how wonderful it felt to be connecting with other creative people. I’m trying to find my place in a new industry and it is so helpful to find lovely people to talk to. I will be going to more events.
The SoA have started a Human Authored logo scheme. I’ve signed up. Why would I use AI when I enjoy writing so much? I remember back in the day when these technologies were going to do the jobs we didn’t want to do rather than the ones we do but anyway if you are a writer and don’t use AI sign up. You do need to be a member of the SoA.
